    Keith R. Paige, PhD

    Founder

    Dr. Keith R. Paige founded Human Welfare Community out of a lifelong commitment to humanitarian work and a strong belief in the power of education. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Police Administration, a Master’s degree in Biblical Studies, and a PhD in Theology. He guides HWC’s mission of helping residents of Atlanta and surrounding regions build the skills they need to thrive.

  • Lisa F. Sadia, PhD

    Lisa F. Sadia, PhD

    Founder

    Dr. Lisa F. Sadia co-founded Human Welfare Community to help people overcome the financial and social barriers that hold them back. Growing up in Bangladesh, she saw firsthand how limited opportunity shapes people’s lives, and that experience drives her work today. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in European History, a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, and a PhD in Organizational Leadership.

    Abir Hossain is an instructor with Human Welfare Community and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems. Having lived among communities facing hardship, he believes lasting change comes from giving people the practical tools they need to build a secure future.
